We hold A-level contracts with all major carriers — MAERSK, MSC, COSCO, APL, CMA, ONE, EMC, HMM, HPL — giving direct control of space allocation, competitive tariffs and best routings. For air: CA, US, Qatar Airways, British Airways. For courier: DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, EMS.

Depending on goods, destination country and mode, requirements change — but at minimum: commercial invoice, packing list, customs declaration documents, and certificate of origin.

It depends on method and destination. Air shipping is 1–5 working days depending on airline; sea freight takes two weeks to one month depending on the port of destination. Email us for the exact schedule on your lane.

International wire transfer or Western Union. New clients pay before BL release; with continuous shipments of good volume we can extend one or even two months of credit, holding at least one shipment OBL for security.
