Sourcing from several Chinese suppliers at once is normal — shipping from each of them separately is expensive. Consolidation collects cargo from different factories in different cities into one shipment or one container, cutting freight cost, paperwork and customs entries to a single set.

Why consolidate

A single LCL or FCL booking is nearly always cheaper than three courier shipments. One bill of lading means one customs clearance at destination, one duty payment, one delivery appointment — and one point of accountability if anything goes wrong. Packaging can be checked and standardized in the warehouse before loading.

The consolidation process

Contact every supplier. Our customer service team confirms and follows up the details of each batch — quantities, packaging, ready dates.

Pick up to the nearest port warehouse. Goods from every city move to one of our ten warehouses — Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Ningbo, Shanghai, Qingdao and more.

Consolidate and inspect. Cargo is measured, photographed, repacked if needed, and loaded into one shipment or one container.

Book the best schedule. We match the consolidated lot to the most suitable sailing or flight, make customs documents, and ship.
